Andrew joined Coats|Rose’s Dallas office in 2012 as an Associate in the firm's Construction/Surety and Litigation sections. He has successfully represented clients in Texas’ state and federal trial courts, and before the Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas. Andrew has a strong background in advocacy, including state, regional and national moot court championships and individual rankings as the top moot court orator in both Texas and in the U.S., in addition to numerous successful court appearances in both motion practice and trial. His skills and ability allow for effective client representation in a broad variety of matters.
Though Andrew’s practice concentrates largely on litigation, arbitration and appellate matters on behalf of construction clients, he has represented clients in a variety of other areas, including collections and post judgment issues, subrogation, DTPA actions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance.
