Andrew Ryan Stubblefield

Andrew is licensed to practice in all of Texas' trial courts, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The lion's share of hispractice is devoted to the handling of litigation and arbitration matters ranging from simple disputes to complex, multi-party suits.

Most of Andrew's work involves representing members of the construction industry, including owners, builders, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers. His practice includes work at various phases of construction, ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to disputes encomapssing construction defects and design liability.

As part of his practice, Andrew has routinely been called upon to successfully navigate appellate matters and original proceedings through Texas' Courts of Appeals and, when necessary, the Supreme Court of Texas. Andrew isproud to have obtained favorable results on appeal for several clients.
