I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. I was elected to the elite status of Fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Law [] and am an elected member of the American Law Institute [] and sit on the Restatement of Law, editorial committee. I am a Texas Super Lawyer [http://www.superlawyers.com] and, for competence, ethics and integrity, I hold Martindale-Hubble's Highest Rating: Judicial Pre-Eminent, and am listed as Top Attorney in Texas by Texas Monthly.
I served with the 101st Airborne Division and have been a City Councilman, a City Attorney and a District Attorney. Because I am seious about my profession, after being a top law graduate at the University of Oklahoma, I was accepted for studies in an advance law degree by the Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University and received a Master of Laws (Labor & Employment).
I practice regularly in the State District Courts of Texas, Oklahoma and all Federal Courts.
I am married and the father of six children-whom joyfully occupy all of my free time. My wife, Elizabeth, and I are certified instructors in Tai Chi.
