For the majority of my career, I was a real estate, mortgage lending and business transactions attorney with Locke Lord, L.L.P. and Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. I have extensive experience representing real estate lenders, developers, investors, management companies, mortgage loan servicers, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and title companies in connection with the acquisition, development, construction, management, sale, leasing and financing of all types of real estate projects, including office buildings, warehouses, industrial properties, hotels, apartment complexes, health care facilities, shopping centers, subdivisions, and farm and ranch am also experienced in the review, analysis, drafting and negotiation of business contracts, including vendor contracts and license agreements. I am currently a solo practitioner, which allows me to provide the knowledge and expertise of a large firm lawyer at reasonable hourly rates.
