I had a huge pick up slam into me at a light when I was at a dead stop. I ended up with a black eye and torn lip from the air bag and a badly sprained back and wrist. The insurance company gave me the runaround for about a month. I didn't want to get an attorney but there was nothing else I could do ...since they wouldn't pay for my treatment. My lip was so bad I need plastic surgery. Jennifer took charge right away. She sent a letter to all the doctors I was seeing so I could get treatment. She told me it might take a little time but that it would be worth pursuing a personal injury case since my injuries would require future surgeries. I'm glad I did because I've had more problems than I thought I would. She did a great job on my case and I'm very happy with the way it was handled!
