Perfect in the time of need

Over a 10 year period of time, our family had the responsibility of providing care for my parents who both were suffering with dementia. They required assisted living and eventually a nursing home up until the time of their deaths. Like many, we were not equipped to understand the legalities around p...rotecting their estate. Fortunately, we were referred to Richard and he led us effectively through many months of heart wrenching decisions. Richard was timely in his responses and advice along with showing great compassion for our situation. I remain extremely thankful we found Richard and highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

Very good lawyer!

I have hired Richard several times for work related legal issues. Every time he has achieved a favorable outcome for me/our business. I find his fees to be very reasonable and he is very responsive to client correspondence...both phone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in referring him ...to friends and/or family and plan to use him in the future (as needed)!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
