Biography
Ginsberg & Associates was founded in 1993 by my father and myself with the goal to protect injured workers rights in claims against insurance companies.
It had been our experience that adjusters for the insurance carrier would often attempt to befriend the injured worker and thru delay and misinformation deny the injured workers their just benefits. It is our experience that injured workers are looking to get back to work as quickly as possible. The employees want to get back to their normal activities as well as returning to their previous income levels. Adjusters often take the viewpoint that injured workers are seeking a "free ride". We adamantly disagree with that philosophy. We assist our clients by obtaining the maximum benefits that they are entitled to under the workers compensation statutes.
Ginsberg & Associates handles a wide variety of workers compensation claims including compensability, extent of injury issues, disability, average weekly wage, medical entitlement to services, dispute of maximum medical improvement and impairment ratings.
