Trusted Advisor

Over my years of working with Tracey he has become the person to whom I turn to represent my family’s legal needs, and has become a trusted advisor that helps inform me so I can make better decisions to minimize my own risk exposure. His ability to think through a situation and be moves ahead of the ...other players is invaluable.

A great attorney that not only knows the law, but people too!

Tracey is a very experienced family law attorney that excels especially in trials. There are a number of attorneys you can hire that know the law and will represent you well, but that's only part of the equation. Particularly in family law, another important part of it is an attorney's capability... to adequately predict what people will think and say (i.e. - the judge, the other attorney, and especially the other side). Tracey is excellent at reading people and predicting how they will react. You don't want an attorney that thinks or operates in a vacuum, that's how you lose your case. Hire him, give him as much information as you can give him, and let him go to work. You won't be disappointed.

Tracey understands people as much as he does process

Tracey helped negotiate a sensitive custody issue for my family. He took a case that was headed toward an expensive court room battle, and worked it into a positive situation that was resolved in an incredibly reasonable time frame. Tracey and his paralegal Lindi were open and available to not on...ly dealing with the legal issues, but providing more than enough information to alleviate some of the stress of needing to go through the process. I can't thank him or his team enough for what they have helped us through.

"Tracey is an excellent attorney. In addition to being very knowledgeable in the laws and statutes that apply in family law cases, he is a steady but strong advocate in the courtroom. He is well respected by the judges he practices in front of and the attorneys he practices against. I highly recommend him and endorse him without reservation."

Relationship: Co-worker

"I first met Tracey when he was my opposing counsel on an unusually contentious custody case. Tracey was tough as nails, but he always worked towards no-nonsense solutions that were in the family’s long-term best interest. It was very soon after that case ended that we offered him a job! His zealous and ethical advocacy exemplify what our law firm is all about."
