Nathan Cox

I have extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including trying cases before juries and arbitration panels, as well as handling appeals.

My practice focuses on prosecuting and defending claims in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, and trademark and patent infringement. I also defend employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation in state and federal court and before agencies such as the Texas Workforce Commission and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

After graduating law school, I clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske, in the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. During my time with the Court, I worked on a variety of civil cases, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, patent and trademark infringement, constitutional claims and complex commercial litigation.
