Mitchell S. Milby

An accomplished trial attorney and trusted advisor for almost two decades, Mitchell Milby advises foreign and domestic businesses and licensed professionals and mediates business and construction disputes. He has tried over 100 cases to verdict during his career.

In his first year of practice, Milby received the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Special Recognition Award.

An active instructor, Milby has been a speaker at the AIA National Conventions (2013 & 2014), for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and is a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Arlington.

His opinions have been published in the AIA magazine Columns, the Dallas Business Journal, Texas Bar Journal, and the Texas Lawyer.

Milby is an Ironman Triathlon finisher, a two-time finisher of the Portland Marathon, a finisher of the Dallas White Rock and San Antonio Marathons, and holds several awards for running races in Texas and Oregon, where he attended law school.
