"Mitch is an outstanding lawyer. His experience in litigation, especially with construction law, is deep and extensive. His responsiveness and professionalism toward his clients and his colleagues is beyond reproach. He is the first and best lawyer to whom I refer my Dallas clients' litigation matters, and I have no hesitation in endorsing and strongly recommending him."
