Jason Steven McGilberry

I'm a Dallas personal injury attorney and the founder of the Law Office of Jason S. McGilberry, PLLC. I represent people who have been seriously injured by someone else's negligence, and I handle each case personally from intake through resolution.

I've been licensed in Texas since 2016 and have spent my entire career on the plaintiff's side. Before starting my own firm, I handled complex civil litigation at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel, including wrongful death, toxic tort, asbestos and mesothelioma, product liability, and commercial trucking cases. Before that, I represented injury victims at McGilberry & Shirer, LLP and Link & Associates, P.C. Those years taught me to build a case the way the other side does: through careful investigation, strong evidence, and a willingness to go to trial when a fair settlement isn't on the table.

I also serve as Vice President of Business Development for Prospera Market Strategies, where I teach attorneys how to structure settlements in catastrophic injury cases so their clients' future care needs are covered. A strong recovery is only half the job. It also has to last, and I bring that same focus to every case I handle.
