Dayne Marguglio

Danyne handled my case with complete professionalism and answered ever call and question I had. We were able to settle quickly even with a some negotiations with custody our 2 children. Mr. Marguglio was the attorney in my case. He failed to inform me that the evidence I had brought forth was inadmissible because I needed to provide certified copies. This would have been a very simple matter, as after the fact, I was able to acquire needed certified documentation in less than 4hr...s. As a result of the misguidance from Dayne, my child was placed in the temporary custody of a violent drug addict. I can honestly say that I am so mind boggled as to how this happened, that I question whether Mr.Marguglio was working in the best interest of My child, me or the opposing side. From my perspective it seems that he felt very comfortable coasting through the case, and when it came time for real litigation, he was simply in over his head. My opinion is that Dayne would only be an appropriate lawyer for those who will not require much due-diligence or effort on the part of their attorney.
