Chris Lake is a polite, straight-forward attorney. Chris was sensitive to my needs and authentically listened to my concerns and problems. In the event you are not in agreement he will make you aware of possible bad ramifications and continue to be your advocate. He remains acutely aware of impacts to kids also. No one ever plans to go through messy situations. I know if it happens to me again in the future I can't imagine ever considering another attorney.

I would not wish divorce upon my worst enemy. But if you find yourself going through one like I did, you need Chris Lake. Like most, I was skeptical of attorneys/lawyers. However, Mr. Lake was referred to me by someone that I trusted. I was and continue to be so thankful for that positive referra...l. I was comforted by his integrity and knowledge of family law. He was strong from the time of filing, during the temporary orders and custody, mediation, and the final divorce. Not only does he "know his stuff", he is respected by his peers. At one time was the Chair of the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section. At times when his paralegal and other staff were involved, they were great. He built a strong team as well. He utilized them effectively to keep my costs down. Subsequently, my ex did not comply with the decree and I had to go back to court. Mr. Lake was there again for me. Reconcile if you can, but if you cannot, you need Chris Lake.
