We have not hired them yet because he informed us that we needed to do an assessment/evaluation which was $500.00. After 2 weeks of send them documents in their junk portal not once but twice and... the documents would get rejected for one reason or another. (Error1) Then they send use this: Our primary goal is to provide Jennifer and her spouse with a comprehensive evaluation of their financial situation to determine the feasibility of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.......Please keep in mind I do not know a Jennifer and that is not my wifes name (Error2) Then when we had enough and requested a refund for not every getting an assessment/evaluation this is what we got. Please keep in mind that he call customer service a chargable service, talking with an atty a chargable service, talking with legal assistant a chargable service.....I call it customer service to retain a customer....... We have reviewed your refund request and would like to clarify a few important points. As clearly stated in the Engagement Agreement that you signed, the legal fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable. For this reason, we are unable to grant your request for a refund. We also respectfully dispute your statement that “no service has been rendered.” Since the start of your engagement, the following services have been provided: - You have had two phone conferences with the attorney regarding your case. - Our legal assistants have actively worked on your file, including monitoring your progress and following up on the documents requested for your bankruptcy evaluation. - Our customer service team has assisted you during multiple phone calls to address your questions and concerns. The delay in moving your case forward was not due to a lack of service, but rather because several documents uploaded to the portal were corrupted, and some required documents remain missing, which has prevented us from completing the evaluation at this time. At the end of the day I called another Atty and had an evaluation on the call and they did not ask for a dime. I talk to them 3 more times and not once did they ask for money.

Dear Daniel Herrin and Jennifer Cruse, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU for putting your hard work, extensive knowledge and expertise forth to assist me in my 7-year struggle to hold on to my beloved home. Due to poor advice from previous Chapter 13 attorneys, my house fell back into foreclosure twi...ce since 2012. When Herrin Law filed my Chapter 13 case in 2017, Daniel and Jennifer literally snatched my home out of the jaws of foreclosure. The attorneys that handled my previous Chapter 13 cases never told me that was an option. Today (March 6, 2019), you called me Daniel to tell me my loan modification has been approved and I will be able to get out of my Chapter 13 bankruptcy! You negotiated a payment that is very manageable and well within my budget. I had been a two time loser with Chapter 13 bankruptcy, my case was very complicated and no one was interested in taking it on.
