Born in Dallas, Texas, and educated at the prestigious Missouri Military Academy, Ron McCallum earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his Juris Doctor degree from the esteemed South Texas College of Law, which invited him to become a member of its International Law Journal.

Catastrophic commercial vehicle accident

If you have been catastrophically injured and are looking for an attorney that truly cares about you, your wellbeing and your future I strongly advise you to hire Ron McCallum and his team at Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC. They truly saved me and my family from the brink of disaster. I unfo...rtunately learned the hard way how very important it is to hire an experienced and knowledgeable attorney that has the tools and resources to properly fight for you and what you deserve. In 2013 my wife and I were driving to west Texas to pick our daughter up from college for the summer. A flatbed truck hauling an unsecured 1,200 pound cast iron block made a u-turn causing the unsecured block to slide off the truck and land in the road. With no time to stop our truck hit the mold and we went airborne leaving me with life altering injuries. I had a burst fracture in the middle of my back and spinal injuries in my lower back and neck. I have had 3 major surgeries to try and correct my injuries but they have not been successful. I am now permanently disabled and live in severe pain every day. In the blink of an eye my life changed forever due to the negligent actions of someone else. I quickly realized that I needed to hire an attorney because the insurance company was just too big for me to fight them on my own. After calling several personal injury firms I became frustrated because none of them seemed truly interested in me. I was scared and confused about what to do. I decided to call an old friend that is an attorney. I thought that because we had known each other for so long I could trust him to fight for me and the medical care I needed but unfortunately I was wrong. After more than 2 years with this attorney it became very apparent that he was in way over his head. He did not possess the experience or resources to properly fight for me. I started questioning what was being done on my case and decided that I had better find another attorney or I was going to end up owing money for all of my medical expenses and not have anything for future medical care. I started looking for another attorney and no one would talk to me because I was 2 years into my case. I felt lost and alone with no one to turn to for help. Then one day looking online I found Ron’s profile and decided to give him a call and I thank the lord every day that I did! Ron and his team immediately started working on my case. I went from having 1 incompetent attorney to having an entire team working on my behalf. It was the first time in over 2 years that I was able to sleep at night. My previous attorney had really messed up my case. Ron had to work really hard and put in many hours to fix all of the errors and subpar work that had previously been done and I cannot thank him enough for doing so. Please do not make the same mistake I made and just hire any attorney out there. You need the best fighting for you and I am here to tell you that Ron McCallum and his team at Simon Greenstone are the best and always have your best interest at heart. I will never be able to thank Ron and his team enough for all they have done for me and my family. They fought and won for us, they laughed and cried with us, they held our hands when we were scared, lifted us up and gave us courage when we thought we were going to break. wrongful death case

I want to say a big Thanks for all the hard work that Ron McCallum and his partner did on our case. They worked non stoped and on this case and to win us a good settlement in the end. Ron McCallum- A bright light at the end of a dark tunnel

My husband was in a horrific car accident in 2012, while working in the oil fields of West Texas. The amount of injuries my husband's body endured was agonizing to see, and the pain was much worse for my husband to cope with. We were not sure he would ever fully recover. Mr. McCallum represented my ...husband and I in this case. His knowledge and compassion gave us hope, when we felt that there was none to have. He was stern but showed empathy for our specific situation. Mr. McCallum stayed in constant contact with us, to keep us informed of every minor detail in our case. Over the year it took to settle out our case, my husband and I felt as if Mr. McCallum become a vital part of our story. He took so much pride helping us in our time of need.
