Marcus Cady is going to make his mark as a top attorney. Best time to befriend a lawyer is when he's new.

Marcus is a lucky guy. He gets to have his fathers 44 years experience and wisdom in best way to handle a case. Marcus is a class act who tells the truth and gets after any work in front of him. He drove all the way to montgomery county by Austin to negotiate and save me $20,000 from the original... fine. I paid $2K and was on my way. He understands business and has more diversified approach than his father. If you are struggling financially and have a criminal case that could sit you down for a long while call on jr. He's only been practicing for one year but he has secretary's who have been in the business over 20+ years. So he isn't some young lawyer all by himself in some executive suite. No sir, he has a whole arsenal of weapons to use with the firms 44 years in business. Most of the time I would never do something with a rookie attorney. But here you get the best deal. Save money on the fees because he's new. But get the experience you would pay much for using his father Robert M. Cady senior. I believe you will have the full force of the firm to make sure that junior is a winner. That's how I felt when he settled my case. Dressed to the 9's in 3 piece suit. Robert senior shows up to court in hunting gear. Somehow he gets away with it and comes away a winner for his clients. So I don't care what they wear. Sweat pants and khaki safari shirts work for me as long as we win. Bottom line there are a lot of attorney's that really suck. Marcus sucks much less than the other guys. Give him a call. Don't use a court appointed attorney. This is your life.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
