Great Advocate

Frank and his team were great advocates for us. From the beginning, Frank explained the process and strategy behind our case. Everything was very clear which helped us to manage our expectations and to prepare correctly. There were no surprises which was a great relief to us. It was obvious that ...Frank is very knowledgeable and is very well respected in the legal community and in the courtroom. During our case the other side switched law firms which signaled to us the other side knew it was not going well for them. The new law firm they chose is one of the top firms and one of the top attorneys in Dallas, however, this did not affect Frank and his team at all. Instead, I believe this switch led to a quicker resolution because the new law firm knew and respected Frank and saw that the final outcome would not benefit their client. From start to finish, I would highly recommend Frank and his team. They were able to resolve our case that was more than satisfactory to us, and he did this with the utmost integrity and honor.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Frank Branson is one of the most talented trial lawyers in Texas, indeed, probably one of the most talented trial lawyers in the United States. I defended a serious amputation case against Frank last year, and I found him to be a formidable opponent. This is a lawyer who is still very much at the top of his game--a master of the art of advocacy."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
