Bailey Lynn Krueger

Bailey Hubbard is an associate in the Dallas office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, where she regularly defends clients against wrongful death and catastrophic injuries in product liability and toxic tort litigation. She also represents clients in commercial litigation, labor and employment, and employee benefits dealing with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

Bailey focuses on litigation, but also supports corporate transactions. She is experienced with cases involving fiduciary breach, contract disputes, securities regulation, and intellectual property. Bailey has participated in all phases of litigation including legal research, conducting discovery, drafting motions, and negotiating settlements.

While at New York University of Law, Bailey was a Notes Editor for the Journal of Law & Liberty and gained in-house corporate counsel experience rotating through ten departments in an internship with one of America’s major media companies. Prior to obtaining her juris doctorate, she received her masters at the University of Chicago and worked in London with Europe’s largest privately owned publishing company. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where she triple majored and studied abroad in Tokyo.
