Great experience

Midland Funding bought a junk debt for pennies on the dollar and sued us. Tom is really good and super nice. It's always a pleasure to talk to him and get advice from him. I can always reach him when I get nervous about my case and he even gave me his cell phone number. If you are being sued for cred...it card debt, I recommend you call this team. They have experience representing people who are being sued for credit card debt and made my life much easier.

Grateful !!

Satisfactory work done by Tom

I got sued by Scott Associates for a junk credit card debt. Tom defended me when I was sued for the credit card debt. I didn't know where to turn, but Tom took my case and made it his mission to clear my name. His work has been satisfactory and I would recommend him and the staff.

valuable service

Tom and the team provide a much needed and valuable service. As a Texas resident being sued by a debt collector, I was very glad to find the website and learn about the services the firm offers. I am very grateful for the work they did in fighting two very unfair and harassing lawsuits.

Case dismissed!

I was being sued by a credit card company, and I didn't know where to turn. I found Tom and Yvonne online and they helped me get the case dismissed.  Ronni was great. Armando was great. Tom was great.  I'm so grateful guys!
