Worth EVERY Penny & MORE!!

I was being sued by National Collegiate Trust for a private student loan. I was nervous and unaware of the process TT encouraged me to face my fears. He went to court for me and it was DISMISSED!!!!!!!!!! Best day ever!

Very Pleased

I highly recommend Tom Thomas' expertise in credit card debt representation and resolution. I was in a dead end situation and it wasn't looking good for me, however, Tom and his Staff were able to work with the opposing side and come up with a doable settlement. It helped to take a tremendous press...ure off of me that had affected my health very negatively. I never met any of them face to face and never had to appear in court. I paid a flat fee and never had to worry about a "surprise" extra cost. Everything was done via email or phone. It doesn't get more convenient than that. Thank you, again, Tom Thomas, for helping me in my hour of need.

Awesome attorney

Tom has helped my daughter as we expected. The fee was love and he even let her pay in installments. He kept us in the loop and worked to obtain the results in her favor. He saved her $36,000. Thank you Tom.

Great Work

I've had Tom handle 4 large debts for me. One was a pretty hefty private student loan. He got 3 of the 4 debts dismissed and the 4th one he negotiated a great settlement that I could handle. Nothing but good things to say about him. Very easy to communicate with as well.

If you are being sued call Mr. Thomas

I was being sued for a an old Home Depot credit card. I was not in a position to pay the full debt as they wanted and didn't think I would be able to afford an attorney. I called the law firm and they calmed me down and gave me peace of mind. They allow you to pay out the attorney fee, which for m...e was a Godsend! I just got an email that they were able to get my case dismissed and I couldn't be happier! Thank you soooo much Mr. Thomas and staff! Y'all have been amazing!
