DISMISSED!!!

I was sued by Autovest, LLC, for a repo. I found Mr. Thomas after doing a Google search of Autovest. He has consistently high ratings from others whom have been sued by Autovest, and after a quick phone consultation, I decided to hire Mr. Thomas. Mr. Thomas kept me updated at every turn. He went to... every hearing on my behalf. I never had to step foot into a court room. In the end, the $6,600 suit against me was dismissed. His fee for representing me was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the outcome. I highly recommend allowing Mr. Thomas to represent you, especially if you are being sued by Autovest, LLC. Thank you for all your help, Mr. Thomas. I can get on with my life, and I no longer have that $6,600 monkey on my back!!!

Highly Recommend

Tom and Whitney are the ultimate professionals. Communication with them was thorough and totally up-front...no promises that couldn't be kept. Told it like it is and still managed to achieve dismissals on both cases. Thank you to you both.

Great guy!!!

Tom was great!! Very happy I found him. I'm a single mom with three children and he was able to help me. He's a take charge kind of person who really does care about his clients.

Top Notch

I came across Tom’s profile recently on AVVO and I called him to speak about a possible case. He answered the telephone himself and he and I then spoke in detail for about 5 minutes. I told him about my student loan situation. As it turns out, my case was not a case that his firm was able to handl...e, but he was very kind and understanding and pointed me in the right direction, which I am thankful for. While I never formally retained his services or paid him any fees, he nonetheless was able to assist me with my situation and I am thankful that I was able to speak to him about my case. I found him to be very knowledgeable and understanding and if I ever actually do get sued for student loan debt, I will call him right away. Thanks Tom!!

Best Attorney experience ever!!!!!!

He made me comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation an I highly recomend his services to anyone. One phone call is all I had to make, he did everything else, and my case was dismissed. Thank you very much Tom.
