Very prompt and comforting

On a Friday afternoon I left a message for Mr. Thomas about a garnishment of my bank account situation I found myself blindsided with while I was on vacation in Mexico. He returned my call within hours. Unfortunately, mine wasn't a case he was able to help with, however, he listened to my entire s...ituation and was able to point me in the right direction. Although I did not retain his services I felt a sense of releif after talking briefly with him. Thank you for returning my call on a Friday afternoon and referring me to someone who will be able to take my case.

Went the extra mile

Called for a bk issue and he couldn't assist with my specific problem. Instead of just hanging up, because he couldn't make money from my case, Tom took the time to give me a little helpful advice and referred me to another attorney. I hope I never need a bankruptcy attorney in the future (who woul...d wish to file bankruptcy?!), but if I do, he would be at the top of the list.

Peace of mind

I was sued by a company who purchased old credit card debt. I thought I could handle it myself but when faced with the fact that this type of lawsuit is really much more complicated than I originally thought, I reached out to Tom Thomas. Tom called me back and agreed to take the case. He knew of ...the opposing company and had worked with their lawyers. He was candid with my case, saying it was a tough one, but accepted the challenge. Almost a year later, I was informed that the lawsuit was dropped. I know that I would have lost had I taken this on myself, and I got peace of mind knowing that an expert team was helping me. I had both Tom and senior attorney Whitney working on this and both were extremely helpful. I have worked with many lawyers in my various careers and this firm is deserving of my highest recommendation. I did what they asked, and stayed out of the way, and they were successful. They are great communicators and know the nuances of the law, plus the opposing players in a process that is becoming more and more complicated. Thank you Thomas Law team!

Awesome team

Tom and his team were great, they kept me up to date on everything that was going on and kept my nerves at bay. I even referred them to my mother and they did an awesome job for her as well.

Tom Thomas is a fantastic lawyer!

I received a debt lawsuit in the mail. I called Mr. Thomas, he answered. He was a breath of fresh air. Said he saw no issues whatsoever with my case. I felt so relieved. His prices are totally affordable. I paid $750 (with totally reasonable payment options) for a debt of over 5,000 to be dismi...ssed! He has relationships with the attorneys from these slime ball collectors like Portfolio Recovery, etc. Call Mr. Thomas. He will help you. I did nothing but make a phone call and fax some paperwork. And I must say he and his staff were as courteous, helpful, & professional as I've experienced! I would definitely recommend his services and would seek counsel from him again in a minute if ever needed!
