Absolutely the BEST law firm!

The Tom Thomas law firm did a fabulous job for me. My debt lawsuit was dismissed by the filing party. If not for Mr. Thomas, Whitney, and the rest of the staff, I am sure I would be on the hook with a judgement. I think they did a very good job representing me. I highly recommend them to anyone nee...ding an attorney's services.

Excellent Attorney

I was a defendant in a "bad debt" lawsuit. The plaintiff had served me papers and was threatening a default judgment. So I hired this law firm (Tom Thomas) to defend me. They got my debt lawsuit dismissed. This is an excellent law firm. They kept me informed at all times and sent me the documentation... for my files. Well worth the money,

Got the job done!

Tom was so great! I had no idea what I was getting into when I started recieving these notices in the mail about court dates. I called Tom and immediately felt at ease. He definitely did his homework and it turned out that this company was trying to sue me using false evidence and secondly the jurisd...iction had already expired. Apparently this company has a history of making things up to prove their case, and their is actually a class action law suit against them. Tom settled this in no time, took about a week and my case was thrown out. He is very upfront about his costs and there are no hidden fees. He is extremely affordable. I would recommend him to my friends and family God forbid they are ever in a similar circumstance. No complaints!

Lawsuit

Thank you. Mr. Thomas and staff for the hard work that was put into my case, I was at the end of my rope and didn’t know what to until I came across his site. I felt bullied by the credit card company and the lawyer they hired. It was frustrating because I didn’t understand their language and I was ...afraid. Mr. Thomas told me to take a deep breath and he would take care of my case. Today, March 1, 2011 my lawsuit was dismissed. I thank the Lord and Mr. Thomas. If you should need an attorney for a lawsuit or a debt please give him a call.

The BEST in the business

Tom has done two credit card cases for me over the last two years. He keeps you informed every step of the way and works to make sure you are happy with the results of the case and he will get the best results he can. Both case that he has done for my wife had great results, one case was drop early o...n and the other case went all they way to basicly 24 hrs of the court date and they dropped it at the last hour the day before court. I can`t say enough how pleased I and my wife were with his work, and we will use him in the future if needed. To anyone reading this if you have a debt suit served on you, I would take a deep breath and call Tom ASAP.
