Excellent Attorney!

We recently retained Mr. Thomas to represent us in a credit card lawsuit/dispute. Due to his diligence and expertise our case was dropped by the original creditor and never even went to trial. He was quick to respond to our inquiries and kept us informed throughout the process. We would highly rec...ommend him and not hesitate to call on him again if needed.

Credit Card Debt Lawsuit Dismissed

Credit

I employed Mr. Thomas in Feb. 2010 to assist me with some creditor debt issues and he has done an absolute outstanding job in resolving 3 accounts totaling $25k+ with dismissals. I've attended no court proceedings and I was kept inform all the time. His fees was very very reasonable compared to all ...others I initially research. I would highly recommend Tom to anybody.

Debt (Breach of Contract)

Mr. Thomas II represented me in a debt (breach of contract) suit and provided the service that he promised and more. I was extremely satisified with the service he provided. He kept me informed during the entire process and won my case with a nonsuit plea from the plantiff. I would highly recommen...d this individual to anyone needing legal representation.

Great Experience

Mr. Thomas successfully had my lawsuit dismissed. The plaintiff was an original creditor and due to Tom's experience and persistency he was able to present an aggressive argument which resulted in the plaintiff dismissing the case. My experience with Tom has been great. He was always responsive and r...espectful of my inquiries; always responded quickly and made it a point to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the process. I hope I never need an attorney again in this respect, but if I do I will surely call on Tom to represent me.
