Fo not hire, had seen a referral from a legal counsel group and saw he was licensed before I was even born and that enough if still doing legal work today would be sufficient. However, I have learned that is not the case. Fails to return calls. Fails to return case file. Did not to as promised , and ...next time get a written retainer.

He works with me on payments and his main focus was to make sure my children stayed safe. Was accused on so much from the kids father and Norman proved that the father was lying and proved that the kids fathers witness was lying and not there in the best intentions. Highly recommend him he is a very ...busy man and was always getting back to me accordingly. Stayed on top of my case.

My daughter had a child custody case where she had to defend herself against the fathers lies on September 18,2015. The father took her to court trying to say she was withholding his kids and she really wasn't he was mad because he had to pay child support so he did not get his kids. He wanted her to... do 18 month in jail, pay his attorney fees and he wants his child support back for the months he did not see his kids. Norman went to work on his Lawyers errors and all the inconsistencies in their stories Norman said the Lawyer was testifying for the father telling the father the dates he was supposed to pick up his kids. In the end Norman said to the judge he has not proven his case and the judge said I agree and we won the case. He definitely had our back - Thank You so much Norman Ewert without you I don't know what we would have done. Short notice not much money but I think I got more then I paid for.

I went to this attorney in March and decided to hire him. I was Leary at the initial consultation but I read he had years of experience so I hired him. Since then I have received no follow up calls and when I call him it takes two or three calls to get a return call. The final straw was when he told ...me we would be going to court and he would be filing suit. Three weeks later I find out (after calling him) the suit hadn't been filed because he was on " vacation". Today I'm looking for another attorney. This guy is ONLY concerned about his pockets!
