Do your due diligence when you hire an attorney
Veach's prices are good, but his follow through is poor. I hired him for a property transfer for an investment property. Our agreement was that he would file 1) Warranty Deed, 2) Contract Deed. I paid $500 for this upfront. Documentation was signed for both docs and returned to him. He faile...
