I see a lot of 5 star ratings and reviews I would like to say that this was not my experience whats so ever ! If I could give a 0 start I would ! I had ray as my lawyer ( who as far as I knew was the one representing me ) he was very bad with communicating with me. There was lots of communication bet...ween him and my father in law though ( who is not in my case ) DAVID Sheves AS OF oct.31.2023 (for me was yesterday that was the first time I’ve ever met or spoke with him )informed me he was my lawyer or in other words they work as a team and Blake ,David and Ray was my attorney that’s fine and all but why was there no communication with him at all, until the end when he basically fired him self aka he brought a paper out after I complained to him about a situation of money missing “ saying he thinks it’s best to give my file to me since I’m so unhappy , there was an Atterney fee to my husband for property damage “ but in fact my husband had no contract with this attorney ,there for was not subject to any agreements ! He tryied to say he was representing my husband as his attorney (again no contract of agreement) this is why he was aloud to keep a sum portion of the return ,but I was under the impression this was my case from very beginning! The only involvement my husband has was it being his vehicle by title but again my husband had no agreements with the lawyer ..! The whole afternoon was a poop show let’s just say for lack of better words. I feel there’s a little scam going on and I will have it investigated.. AGAIN THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPION! Do what you will just Be very cautious/careful dealing with this company or any company in general.. always do your research. I asked for his bar number multiple times on voice recording and yes Texas is a one party state of consent so I record conversations he told me look him up on google I did and found it but since he refused not a big deal ***

David Sheves and his partner Ray are the two worst attorneys you will ever meet. They both lie and cheat you out of your settlement. They did not pay my hospital bill now leaving me to pay out of my pocket. They refuse to return phone calls, text messages or emails. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN LIKE H...ELL!
