Daniel Wilson Cramer

Takes your money and you never hear from him. The time I did he said he we can make a payment online. I tried to do it myself multiple times but I could not get it to work. I called, messaged, and emailed Daniel multiple times to inform him of the issue and I received no response. I had a personal em...ergency and forgot about following up with him. Yes I do take accountability for that but when I’ve hired a lawyer previously, I did not have to worry about having to stay on them to ensure the job was completed. I drove close to 2.5 hours to go to court after I realize the court date had passed to try to take care of the issue myself. The court then told me that they do not take online payments AND wouldn’t speak with me since I had a lawyer. Daniel was NO HELP in taking care of anything. I requested half the fee since Daniel did not do anything besides send me the state website that was useless. Anyways I received a nasty response from him. Calling me insane. Totally professional. Please save your money and DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!

Unfortunately I got into some serious trouble with the police, Daniel was able to voice my side of the story, Understood my concerns, definitely went out of his way to fight for me... Long story short... He was able to Shut Down the prosecutor and we made off with an amazing plea deal... Highly recom...mend!! I don't anticipate needing an attorney again... But if I do... He's #1 in my book!!!

I recieved a speeding ticket in Irving and unfortunately the attorney I normally use only works in the Dallas court system. I asked if they could refer me to another Attorney and the referral happened to be Daniel Cramer. I called the office in Aug or Sept 2011 and asked how much the fee would be whi...ch was reasonable $50.00 so I asked the question why should I hire you and the assistant said well we will do our best to get the ticket dismissed but if we are not able to get a dismissal we will get a reduction in the fine. Keep in mind my fine was $231.00. My court date keeps getting pushed back and in the interim I am never sent any mail saying thank you for your business or anything to indicate that my court date has been pushed back or anything to make me feel that i am being taken care of. It has been 5 to 6 months and I still have not recieved any notification and my court date was Jan 17 2012. I find out that my ticket fine is now 251.00 up 20.00 from 231.00. Be careful if you hire this one as you may end up throwing good money after bad.
