I am a TEXAS Trial Lawyer. For the past 30 years, I have been an active and aggressive Trial lawyer representing thousands of clients in Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Premises Liability cases. I also have extensive Trial experience in the Criminal Defense and Immigration Law Courts.
I have represented clients in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Amarillo, Lubbock, McAllen, Harlingen, Del Rio, Texarkanna, and Miliam County, Texas. I have been successful in many Bench and Jury Trials. Over my 30 years, I have won my clients millions of dollars in negotiated settlements, bench and Jury Trials. You will not have to pay any attorney fees until your case is settled to your satisfaction!
I provide all of my clients the personal attention they deserve and your case is not passed on to legal assistants, case managers or secretaries as many other lawyers tend to ignore their clients. In Personal Injury cases, my previous experience as an insurance claims adjuster back in the 70s gives me greater insight on how to negotiate with the insurance people. I am also a certified Texas Mediator in Personal Injury cases.
