Wonderful, personal, diligent service.

Mr. Estrada has been not only the best lawyer we've hired, but the best we've consulted with. He has provided an overall better experience than any of our friend's lawyers (we know a lot of people working through immigration cases). My husband was suddenly detained by ICE for illegal entry into the U...S at the beginning of April, 2012. Naturally, I desperately called the firm we'd been working with to find out what we could d do to get him released. We had gotten an I-130 petition approved, and thought we were pretty much home safe. I waited several days to hear back from a legal assistant who informed me that I needed to schedule an appointment with the attorney to discuss how to proceed. I made the appointment and when it came I drove the hour from my house to downtown Dallas, waited for twenty minutes in the waiting area, and upon finally speaking with the attorney was informed that the best chance my husband had was to sign a voluntary departure and continue his case from Mexico. I was appalled, because we had a 3 month old baby , a two year old, and a four year old. With three children, and with my husband being the primary bread-winner there was no way I would have been able to make it. We immediately began looking for another attorney, and after several phone consultations with many accredited Dallas-based attorneys my mother found Estrada Law. I believe she did so online via a search for state-certified immigration specialists. He, as I mentioned above, was exactly what we needed. He's been handling our case now for about a year and has worked diligently on doing everything he's promised. When my husband was detained we had a little over $1,500 in savings and i used 1/3 of that just getting through the first few weeks. Mr. Estrada was understanding of our situation and charged us only a small retainer. He got my husband released from ICE custody within just weeks of hiring him and has had a minor criminal charge dropped from our case. He has kept us hopeful when things seemed hopeless, and is optimistic about getting my husband's order of removal lifted. I have been especially impressed with his flexibility and personal involvement with us as clients. As I said, we've been working with Mr. Estrada for about a year and I have only spoken with an assistant once. He has never failed to respond to any emails or texts or calls to his personal cell. I have already recommended him to friends and family. We are anxious to put all of our immigration issues far behind us and start moving forward with plans and dreams of normalcy. Mr. Estrada is getting us there.
