Brian Christopher Mier

Brian proved to be invaluable in a recent real esate transaction of mine. I represented a tenant who was negotiating their first commmercial retail lease, and I brought in Brian to assist me in educating and servicing the client. Not only did he prove himself to be very knowledgable, but he possess...es "bedside manner" not commonly found in most lawyers (in my experience) that really helped put the client at ease. We were able to get a great deal for the client and is she is extraordinarily happy with her location. I wish that all of my clients would use someone as practical and as intelligent as Brian.

I have worked with Brian on several land development deals, continue to work with him today, and will keep using him in the future. He is very knowledgeable about the field and is great to work with on a personal level. He can balance the business needs of a transaction while still making sure we h...ave the necessary protections. Just make sure you don't take too much of his time away from my deals.
