About Madeleine
Biography
During her law school career at SMU, Madeleine interned at a boutique law firm, which taught her the importance of teamwork and effective communication. In addition, Madeleine clerked for The Honorable John P. Chupp of the 141st District Court in Tarrant County after her second year of law school. To conclude her legal education, Madeleine participated in SMU’s corporate counsel externship program with the Texas Rangers and served as a student attorney for the Child Advocacy Clinic at SMU, for which she represented children who had been abused and neglected.
Before law school, Madeleine completed her undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis, eventually graduating with honors. A member of the Washington University volleyball team, she won the National Championship her freshman year and was named Academic All-Conference.
Madeleine is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and is affiliated with the Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts.
