Isabela did a great job handling my case even though it was stretched out for some time. As a father looking to get custody of my children, there was a lot of work that had to be done on my end as well. By providing all information to my attorney that I had collected, she was able to use almost if no...t all in court to my benefit with end result having custody of my kids! There is no way I would've been able to do this on my own. The staff was kind and always returned my call within the same day if not at that moment. Ill give her less than 1 star if was possible... I hired her for a immigration case. She never reviewed the paperwork with me, she never answered my calls, had to go back and forward with her staff with no helpful answers and she ended my case, sending me with another immigration attorney because "sh...e didn't know how long my application will take to be approved so I probably should have to look for another options" and of course, her contact charged me just for the 1st consultation even she said he wouldn't and yes, she charged me everything on front. Whenever I asked her to drop my case and I asked her what would happens with what I payed on front, she offered a "courtesy refund" and sent me a invoice showing my balance was $0. However, the refund never happened and sent me another invoice with charges on process that she never did with exorbitant-ridiculous amounts claiming, the previous invoice was "a mistake from someone on her staff who was no longer working for her". She called me more than once to yelled at me on the line, hanged off my calls when I told her she wasn't doing her work and I've already payed for and actually, she dared to called me "her worst client and the most manipulating one". She couldn't be more unprofessional. Was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Please, be aware. If we hire attorneys is because we know, what we need will be already hard enough to to through to make it worse with someone so unprofessional like her.
