Biography
Caleb Davis is of counsel with the Ternan Law Firm and practices law in the areas of Commercial & Business Litigation and Other Civil Litigation.
Mr. Davis has experience litigating a variety of complex matters. His most recent endeavors include securities fraud, corporate governance, white collar crime, and antitrust. Mr. Davis has counseled various clients regarding environmental class action torts, executive compensation, construction and property torts, double derivative shareholder suits, and stranger owned life insurance (STOLI) investor matters. He has also handled certain commercial transactions, real estate matters, and corporate structural matters.
While in law school, Mr. Davis interned for the renowned Judge Denny Chin at the Federal Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and was an editor for Fordham’s Corporate and Financial Law Journal. Caleb also earned the Emmet J. McCormack award for academic achievement in Admiralty Law and the Public Interest Student Leadership Award.
Mr. Davis was scholar-athlete for Northern Illinois University’s Men’s Soccer Program and earned the Academic All-Conference and the All-American Team Awards. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Davis was a Captain and aviator in the United States Marine Corps. He flew the CH-53e Sea Stallion and planned counterinsurgency operations for NATO Regional Command in southwest Afghanistan.
