Aarika Nicolle Johnson

I represent employers in essential workplace matters and provide valuable guidance to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. I leverage my experience representing employers in a variety of proceedings arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Texas Labor Code, the Texas Civil Service Statute, and wage and hour laws, among others.

I zealously work with clients to find solutions that fit with their organizational goals. With experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and government agency proceedings, I have extensive knowledge of the complicated challenges that face all parties involved in these high-stakes disputes.
