Matthew W. Ray

Matt Ray represents clients in complex litigation matters involving commercial or employment matters. His litigation practice includes the representation of clients in complex commercial litigation matters and parties in all facets of employment, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and wage and hour litigation involving individual, class, and collective claims. His practice also includes representing parites in cases involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, employee raiding, and violations of noncompete agreements. Matt also represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, and state agencies in claims of discrimination and wage-hour administrative investigations. Matt has also developed arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution programs. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association and is also admitted to practice before the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Colorado, and the Fifth, Eight, and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
