Mark K. Mr. Vasquez for the last 20 years has concentrated his practice on corporate, cross-border transactions, finance, international business, M & A, real estate, and tax law. Mr. Vasquez has a broad-based business-transactional practice focusing on complex corporate and tax matters, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions involving a wide range of companies doing business in Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Vasquez also assists U.S. and foreign companies in the expansion of international operations through branches, subsidiaries and representative offices, as well as the maintenance and dissolution of such operations. Additionally, Mr. Vasquez represents foreign families and businesses investing in the United States.
Mr. Vasquez is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the United States Court of International Trade, and the United States Tax Court.
