Biography
Diligent and hard working lawyer focused on client satisfaction above all else. My practice centers around creditors' rights with significant experience in all phases of debt collection. I've collected millions of dollars for large corporations and small businesses using all tools in the creditors' toolbox including liens, writs of garnishment, writs of execution, domestication, foreclosure, turnover receivers, bankruptcy, etc. Two other areas where I have significant practice are litigation (disputes over business assets, real property, contracts, employment law, construction, etc.) and representing small to medium-sized businesses. I currently serve as general counsel for several small businesses and nonprofits, handling formation, compliance, drafting employment/indepdent contractor agreements, drafting website privacy policies/terms and conditions, protecting IP through trademarks/copyrights, etc. In my free time, I love hanging with family at my grandparents' ranch, spending time outdoors (hiking, snowboarding, camping, climbing), reading, and playing hockey.
