Did not make me feel valued as a client. I felt like he talked down to me and his staff needs a lesson on phone etiquette. When I would call,they would just say “Law Office”. I would ask ,every time, “ Is the the office of Mr. Shaw ?” And the girl would huff and reply..yes...very sarcastically.

Van Shaw was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. I would give him full grades on everything regarding the management of my case except for guidance and counseling.
