I have been in practice for over 41 years.  We have built our practice on being the lawyer and/or law firm that is accessible for its Client in the specific Client's time of need, crisis, and/or struggle. This can involve being available any time of the day or night and I pledge to the potential Client to be available in this capacity if the need should ever arise. The Firm will accept new cases on payment plans and will represent Client's that desire access to the Court, yet are deprived access to the Court due to a lack of funds.  My belief and mantra is that all citizens of the United States of America are entitled to an effective assistance of counsel, zealous and comprehensive representation in the judicial system.  

As a lawyer and/or law firm, it is our mission to ensure that the Client's of this law firm are treated in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.  Our office will take the extra steps to investigate, research and explore every option and/or legal remedy available to our Client's to ensure the very best in their representation.

We take the trust and faith that you place in our law firm very seriously and understand that many times a Client's entire paycheck is being utilized for payment of legal fees; this is one of the many reasons why your inquiries will always be addressed and responded to.  While every inquiry and every phone call cannot be immediately returned, We strive to respond and answer any questions and/or concerns in a very timely manner and in most cases exceed the expextations of our Client's in this regard.

At The Brooks Firm, PLLC we utilize "cutting edge technology" in the implementation of your legal case, communication methods, document delivery, legal strategies, etc. 

I am an avid supporter of survivors of domestic violence, I offer my services on many occasions free of charge to those that have suffered acts of domestic violence and strive to make a postive impact in their life in this tragic situation.  There is never an acceptable or plausible situation that would ever give rise to violence towards a woman, child and/or animal.  Those that have suffered from these horrendous acts always have a safe and zealous advocate in The Brooks Firm, PLLC.  I do advocate and work with Clients suffering from mental health issues to address, understand and provide support to those suffering from mental health issues in assisting with aid for crisis intervention, facilitation to a medical provider, hospital, helping provide access to psychotherapy and/or Court intervention.  I handle a wide variety of cases in an effort to represent potential clients in most legal cases.  I would consider it an honor should anyone elect to retain my firm and/or services.
