Definitely a useless untrustworthy ZERO! Worst attorney ever and an embarrassment of myself and what I stand for as a man/father. He would always act as if he was working in my favor and on my case, but in the end he did absolutely nothing but want/get money that he definitely did not deserve. He ...would respond to emails multiple weeks/months later and make comments like, "I just wanted to show you that I've been working on this for you." He would set up times to meet at his office and cancel at the last minute, AND never follow up for any type of preparation before a court date. I originally petitioned for Enforcement of Visitation and an adjustment of an unfairly set child support amount. This dude dragged my case out for almost 2 years doing absolutely nothing with a final result the ended up having me pay $400/week in child support. Because of his incompetence, my case against 'B' was turned against me. This dude actually set me up for failure. After that judge made her decision, dude whispered in my ear, 'we are going to appeal, and do this and do that..." I attempted to call, left VM's and text him EVERY SINGLE DAY for the next two weeks, and he never responded nor returned my calls. GARBAGE!! Seriously, when I say incompetent....you had to be there. One day in court, when both attorneys were asked to approach the bench...being that it was my case at the time...dude had the floor to explain why we were there that day. Unbelievably, and oh so embarrassing, after all of the conversations we have had at that time, dude could not even spit out the reasons we were there that day. He gave the other attorney the opportunity to speak, and, of course, everything that came out of her mouth was turned around against me with a , "...oh and we are also here for...." The following week or so when we had our next meeting in his office...as I sat and waiting, I wrote on a piece of paper in large words, "ENFORCEMENT OF VISITATION & ADJUSTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT." When he finally came in and sat down, I pushed that piece of paper in front of him, he read it and looked up at me and said, "Okay."...as in why did I write this down. I had to tell him, as if I was not there or he did not remember, what happened in court. I had to tell him how embarrassing that was, and I should have fired him that day. Words from the wise.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS NO GOOD POOR EXCUSE OF AN ATTORNEY/DO NOT HIRE HIM AND WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME or you will regret it like I do and others as I see and have read in the reviews.

This is the most useless,unprofessional attorney you will ever come across in dallas . Am sure that is why he hide his photo identity off this space but his office is at 1910 pacific ave ste 5050 dallas texas . Please stay away from him . He is not a good attorney, he is not knowledgeable, he won't p...ick your calls for up to 10months or more after he must have collected his legal fee and on your case. He deliberately took off his picture from all attorney that bears same name as you can see he is the only one person his picture missing because he knows he is a very terrible lawyer. I could have rate him zero if am able to . This is a very terrible disgusting attorney have ever met. My husband hired him for his defense but it was a terrible client attorney experience. He dont pick calls, he dont reply emails, he dont reply text . It will make you feel like he is doing you a fa...vor because he is always not reachable and will mess you up ..please stay away from this attorney. I bet he is hiding his picture out here off his profile because he knew the kind of terrible services he gives . I sometimes ask myself how we hired this man was tital mistake and waste of time. . If am to describe him I know he limbs so be aware of him and stay off his services so you don't experience terrible client service

Used Don and the only thing he is good at is being a bondsman. He was never prepared until night before or day of most times. He is cheaper but you get what you pay for! Very weak in trial and the DA outshined him in all categories during a trial, because he was never prepared. He would let the D...A badger you and just lean back in his chair like he was watching a movie. So hard to get a hold of all the time, he may have multiple clients but if you can’t handle them then hire an assistant that will assist you with preparations and communication. He wasn’t that knowledgeable in criminal law and just faked it to get through it. If you want a cheap lawyer to do a plea bargain(that isn’t a good plea) for you or act as a bondsman, then he is your lawyer. If you want a good trial lawyer or a lawyer that communicates and will be there every step away, then look elsewhere.
