David Stewart Clancy

I am an attorney with a firm of over 1,000 lawyers in 21 offices.  Our attorneys are experienced in handling government investigations, criminal charges, and business deals of almost all kinds across numerous industries.  Our firm's white collar group was ranked as one of the top five "White Collar Groups of the Year" in 2014 by Law 360.

My specific experience is trial work, handling criminal, commercial, and business disputes of all types, with an emphasis on banking.  I have personally tried over 45 cases to verdict or judgment, and have handled matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, securities violations, breach of contract, negligence and other claims in industries including financial services, banking, oil and gas, technology, healthcare and real estate, among others.  

My experience as a former prosecutor, Criminal Justice Act panel appointee, and partner with large firms gives me a unique perspective and background benefitting our clients in criminal matters and those with criminal implications.
