Poor client service
Mr Umeakuana was not a man of his word.I paid him $250 for 15 minute consultation and to review my documents.Four weeks later,he had not reviewed my documents.His receptionists were rude and unprofessional and appeared to take pleasure in evading questions.They said they would call back several times...

Lousy client service
He provides what can best be described as the epitome of lousy client service or rather lack of it.Dealing with him and his staff was a the worst experience I've had with a service provider of any type.The would promise to call you back and never did.
