Biography
I am the National Managing Director, and lead Alvarez & Marsal's Compensation and Benefits practice. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal (“A&M”), I was the leader of KPMG’s Compensation and Benefits Group for the Southwest. Prior to relocating to the Dallas office, I was in KPMG’s Washington National Tax Practice. My experience is in various facets of executive compensation.
As National Managing Director, I assist companies design and implement annual and long-term incentive programs to attract, retain and motivate employees. I also assist distressed companies implement Key Employee Incentive Plans (KEIPs) and Key Employee Retention Plans (KERPs) through the bankruptcy process as well as testifying on the reasonableness of these programs.
