Brandon Whit Maxey

Brandon Whit Maxey is an attorney in the Dallas office of Mayer LLP. He focuses his practice on appellate advocacy and complex civil litigation, primarily pertaining to business litigation. Brandon understands that the business and professional goals of his clients are the most important aspect of his practice.

While attaining his Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas, Brandon was an editor for the Arkansas Law Review. Further, he was both a teaching and research assistant for two prominent professors in property and constitutional law. Prior to law school, he earned a degree in public affairs, which included experience in public relations and dealing with the media. These skills have translated well through Brandon’s extensive work on numerous political campaigns – including presidential, gubernatorial, state legislature, judicial, and city council.
