Beate Erwin

I retained Beate Erwin while she was an employee at the Ruchelman P.L.L.C firm in New York City. I was referred to Stan Ruchelman in particular by Larry Walters of the Walters Law Group in Longwood FL. Both Beate and Stan Ruchelman advised me, the sole proprietor, first to have my company an...d software evaluated then transfer 100% of my shares to my general manager while I await their construction of an promissory note from Simon Prisk of the Ruchelman firm. I did exactly what Beate and Stan advised, transferred my shares to my general manager via a Costa Rican proxy, Luis Montes, who they were adamant I retain. Week after week, month after month, I was essentially to the point of begging Beate Erwin and Stan Ruchelman to produce the promissory note which they were paid to provide that would have ultimately protected me, the client. As a result of following their advice, my general manager shut my emails down along with my bank account. I lost a company valued at $320MM. Everything mentioned above I can now prove after recovering most of the file which both Ruchelman and Erwin refused to hand over. (they claimed I owed an exorbitant, unjustifiable amount which I believe was simply a tactic to protect what I and many deem extreme malpractice and breach of contract)
