also known as Andy Nikolopoulos
I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. I have a diverse litigation practice in the areas of business and commercial law, premises liability, insurance defense, non-compete/confidentiality agreements, partnership disputes and fiduciary liability. I have handled numerous trials as lead counsel with successful results. I have tried to verdict or judgment more than 40 trials throughout Texas, and have also set the stage for many victories through aggressive use and defense of temporary restraining orders and injunctions. I am also highly adept at all pre-trial aspects of litigation, often using creative legal theory and procedure to my client's advantage. My broad experience allows me to provide exceptional representation to clients on a wide variety of issues.
I also maintain an intellectual property practice representing businesses and innovative individuals, especially in the courtroom and on both sides of the docket. I prosecute trademark and copyright applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office. This experience allows me to manage and enforce trademark portfolios for various national clients. My primary areas of expertise in this field include trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secrets, unfair competition, domain name disputes, and internet-related claims.

Trustworthy, Ethical, Professional
With as many attorneys as I have encountered, Andy Nikolopoulos stands far above the pack. His ethical, professional, yet sensitive approach to my highly emotional and explosive probate case, helped me through a most difficult period in my life. Thanks to Andy's knowledge and skills, even at an ear...
"I have consulted with Andy on appellate issues in a few of his cases. He has a very impressive knowledge of the law and does an outstanding job advocating on behalf of his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have watched Andy handle litigation and trial work first hand. He is thorough and always prepared. Andy demonstrates the utmost professionalism and work ethic in everything he does and is a zealous advocate for his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer's work and would recommend his services to anyone needing guidance on an IP matter. I have known Mr. Nikolopoulos for many years and have always found him to be a professional and prompt counselor who understands that in-house counsel requires swift and detailed responses to commercial issues. He is a seasoned attorney regarding intellectual property issues and I find his opinions and suggested alternatives have been extremely helpful when needing to determine a particular course of action to protect one's property."
"Andy has been a part of our firm for over five years and we have worked together on several matters. Whether the cases are emotionally driven or legally complex, I have confidence that Andy will tackle the matter in a way that maximizes the chances of success. He is an asset to the firm and recommend him without a second thought."
"Andy has worked with our firm for over five years and has become an integral part of our litigation department. I have personally worked on cases with him and he is very creative in using procedure as well as legal theory in order to obtain the best results for our clients. Having an attorney such as Andy on your team no doubt gives you an advantage, and I recommend him to anyone in need of first-rate representation."
"I worked with Andy on a guardianship matter where he represented my family law client. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional."
"I have had the pleasure of knowing Andy for over 10 years and recommend him without pause. Many attorneys are accomplished, with varied experience and expertise. However, the pool is much smaller for those, like Andy, who also possess the intrinsic qualities which set them apart as exceptional attorneys. Andy is respectful, compassionate and considerate. However, he is also assertive and tough when the situation calls for it. He is a consummate professional who is dedicated to his clients. I have recommended many to him in the past and will continue to do so as I know they will be well taken care of."
"Andy and I have know each other for many years and I am familiar with the high quality of his work. Andy is exceptional at analyzing complex litigation issues and formulating effective strategies with his client's best interests in mind. His versatility and expertise in numerous areas of law coupled with his unquestionable integrity allow me to highly recommend Andy without hesitation."
"I had worked with Andy in the past and observed him handling various matters in the area of Family Law, Litigation and Copyrights. He has a superb understanding of the issues and always seems to come up with the best solution for his clients."
"Andy is a very talented attorney with an ability to be strategically creative in obtaining positive results for his clients. Andy is result oriented in a cost effective manner. Opposing Counsel know that Andy is a man of his word."
