Extremely knowledgeable and talented in employment law as it relates to employee v. employer situations. Ms. Gibson presented a non-confrontational approach in representing my position to senior management regarding unacceptable management practice in the mid-level area. The approach was successful on several points. It was non-threatening to senior management. It provided a win-win opportunity. It presented undeniable facts in a manner that eliminated threats and emotion. It got favorable results.
