Amanda Maxine Inabnett

Amanda M. Inabnett focuses her practice on representing employers against claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations under various federal and state statutes, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Texas Commission on Human Rights Act.  Amanda is also experienced in handling wage and hour and other audits by the Department of Labor, representing employers with unionized workforces in arbitration proceedings under collective bargaining agreements, preparing employee handbooks and arbitration agreements, and advising employers regarding all manner of employment issues, including training, investigations, disciplining employees, and layoffs.  Additionally, Amanda represents employers and executives in matters involving the preparation and enforcement of confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, and severance agreements.

Amanda also has experience defending claims for breach of disability, health, life, and title insurance policies, and other general business disputes.
