Experienced pretty much the same as other disappointed clinics. Spends more time working on billing you, then actually on the case. Complains about receiving too many e-mails but rarely responds, which prompts the emails seeking guidance. Shows up for court either seconds before it is scheduled to... start or 5 minutes late. Doesn't fight for her clients at all and what makes me the angriest is she didn't file paperwork that was ordered so the person who violated an injunction walked away with a slap on the hands. She is quite possibly the WORST lawyer in Texas.

Jenny was a wonderful asset to my divorce! She took the time to get to the facts of the case and was empathetic, thoughtful, and caring. Divorce is a really shocking time! It's so hard to make heads or tails of what to do next when you have that much stress, and she handled it all like a professional.... My only regret is not hiring her sooner.

Jeannette Loucks is NOT a good attorney. She can NOT be relied on to get your case taken care of and she will turn on you in a heartbeat and will lean towards the other party and is NOT here for you, THE CLIENT!!!!! I have soooo many regrets in hiring her for my case and I would NOT recommend her to ...my worse enemy, she is this bad of a lawyer. She will destroy your case and will withdraw from your case if you inform her that you are not satisfied with her work and the worse part is that she will withdraw from your case on the very same day you have a hearing and will lie on you and it will be impossible to get her to sign off on the case so it can become part of a permanent record with the courts. She will tell you to your face that she will get something done that very same day and two weeks later whatever she told to your face that she will have done will still not be done!!!! She will even tell you to your face in front of the judge that she will have something done and three weeks from that day or more she will still not have done what she says she will do and she will leave you hanging in court and you will be so confused because she will not explain anything to you and she never informed me of what her plan of action was going to be and was left in the dark and she had told me to inform her of information if the other party didn't follow through and I did just as she asked me to do and then turned around and chewed me out for informing her and said it was not important. I feel everything having to do with my case was important but she just swept everything under the rug as if it didn't matter. I had such high hopes that my case was in good hands with Jeannette Loucks and boy did she prove me wrong. She will make you "the client" sit out in the hallway of a court house where everyone can hear what was going on with your case but would go inside the court room to talk to the defendants and their attorney and they will know everything that is going on while you are sitting in the hallway by yourself not knowing what is being discussed in the court room. It didn't matter when she knew how bad the other party was and knew the bad things the other party did, if she talks to them without you being able to hear what is being said, BEWARE because that means she will be siding with the other party and their lawyer. I will NEVER recommend Jeannette Loucks to anyone I know because she will take all the money she can and will do nothing for your case and when you have a face to face meeting with her at her office BEWARE of her staff mainly her paralegal because every time she came in the room and was asked a simple question, her automatic response will be that you are going to be charged for her services and has no remorse for you as the client and is very rude along with her boss JEANNETTE LOUCKS. Please think twice before going to this law firm. You will save a lot of emotional stress and you will also save a lot of money because that is all this law firm cares about is MONEY!!!!!

Hired for a case and she totally blew it, she didnt finish the work and walked off the case. Jeanette is very unorganized and very unprofessional. She will tell you one thing and then tell you something totally opposite. She didn't have any issues with taking my money but had very lame excuses f...or dropping my case.
