He took my money and he disappeared
I gave him his retainer fee and some more that he asked for and I saw no work in 7 months. He made up what my temp orders were going to be including child support without talking to me first and never saw him again.

Did not do work I hired him to do & wouldn't return my money
I paid his required retainer in Jun 09 to file my divorce and he never did any work. It's been almost a year and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Took Retainer - did nothing - went to Cancun in stead
He took my money to handle my daughter's divorce. He did nothing for 2 months - even though he knew her husband was violent. He would not return calls or emails. When confronted he lied about returning funds and actually hid from us in his office!
