Like most of us, I have occasional need for a lawyer's services. I have never had one I would call "my lawyer," because they have been impersonal, forgetful, unprepared, brusque, too expensive and/or just plain egomaniacal. What a breath of fresh air it has been doing business with Paul Leake. He ...has done some fairly high-level work for us, and I have been totally pleased every time. He did what I asked when I asked, he gave good advice, he kept rates where he said they would be. Our paperwork was accurate. I TRUST HIM. Imagine that. I recommend him.

Paul Leake helped my husband and me update our wills in July 2011, and handled the Probate for me after my husband passed away in Nov 2011. He also assisted us with the sale of a rental property in July 2011 by preparing a Real Estate Lien and Note of Sale. Paul shows a sincere interest in his clie...nts, he is dilligent about returning calls and meeting appointments, and is very knowledgeable in the areas of Wills, Probate and Real Estate law. His rates are very reasonable for the services he provides. I would recommend Paul to anyone seeking legal help in any of these areas.

Because of Mr. Leale's failure to return month's of calls, he ended up costing me over $500.00 in penilties and interests on my home owners taxes. This was after he told me not to pay anything on the taxes, until he made a phone call. That phone call took almost 2 months, hence the penilties & intere...sts. He knew i lived on a small disability check and when he finally returned my call...all he could say was, "I'm not going to be able to help you". He could have told me that 2 months prior and saved me a large amount of money!
